وهى النظافة الشخصية للطالب ، والمدرسة

النظافة الشخصية
النظافة الشخصية من أهم وسائل المحافظة علي الصحة ، حتى إن الإسلام يعتبرها نصف الأيمان ، إذ يقول الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم ” الطهور شطر الإيمان”
( رواه مسلم عن أبي مالك الأشعري).
وتشمل النظافة الشخصية : نظافة البدن كله مرة أو مرتين علي الأقل في الأسبوع ، وتنظيف اليدين والفم والأنف والوجه والآذنين والشعر يوميا كما يحدث في الوضوء ، وغسل اليدين قبل الطعام وبعد قضاء الحاجة وبعد ملامسة المرضي ، وتنظيف السبيلين بالماء بعد التبول والتبرز ( الاستنجاء أو الاستطابة)وهذه عن الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم فقد قالت السيدة عائشة لنساء المسلمين :” مرن أزواجكن أن يستطيبوا بالماء فإني أستحييهم ، فان رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم كان يفعله”
.( رواه الترمذي عن عائشة) وعلي المرء كذلك أن يحس تقليم الأظفار ، والعناية بالشعر. وعدم البصق إلا في منديل من القماش أو الورق وتغطية الفم والأنف عند العطس أو السعال ، وعدم رمي القاذورات في الأماكن العامة

من الأوبئة الخطيرة مثل الملاريا والكوليرا التي تنتشر بسبب القاذورات والمياه الراكدة في
المستنقعات وتؤدي هذه الأمراض إلى الوفاة في كثير من الأحيان وقد ذكر النبي صلى الله عليه
وسلم أن إماطة الأذى عن الطريق صدقة
وقال الله تعالى { يا بني أدم خذوا زينتكم عند كل مسجد وكلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا {
فهذا أمر من الله إلى الناس بأن يتطهروا بأن ياخذو الزينة عند كل مسجد فالنظافة عنوان المسلم
وعنصر أساسي في حياة الفرد والمجتمع ونظافة الحي والمدرسة والمسكن والحدائق العامة
واجب على المسلمين جميعا
قال الله تعالى ( إن الله يحب التوابين والمتطهرين )
قال الله تعالى( يا آيها المدثر , قم فانذر, وربك فكبر , وثيابك فطهر)
نظافة المدرسة من نظافتنا !
نظافة المدرسة من نظافتنا : هذه الكلمة يرددها عدد كبير من الطلاب والمدرسين فلا عيب بها ولكن العيب فيمن يرددها بالكلام ولا يرددها بالأفعال .
_ نظافة المدرسة كنظافة البيت فهي بعينها البيت الثاني ونظافتها يجب أن تماثل نظافته وتنقسم إلى:
1)- نظافة الباحة : بعدم رمي أكياس السيبش والكولا والبسكويت وتمزيق أوراق من الدفاتر أو نقل الحجار لها …
فليس اختراع ذرة إذا أبقى الطالب أو المعلم الورقة بيده حتى يصل إلى سلة القمامة وسلال القمامة الآن تفوق عدد الطلاب .

2)-نظافة الجدران: وتشمل جدران المدرسة بأكملها (الصف –السور-الحمامات) وهذا يجب أن يكون بعدم حفر الذكريات والكتابات التي بلا طعم عليها أو رشها بالألوان ورسم القلوب وتقشير الدهان منها أو وضع الأرجل ومسحها بها .
3)-نظافة الحمامات: وهذه تعود على أدب الطالب وجهود الأذن في التنظيف وتبقى هي الأهم لتفادي انتشار الوباء والأمراض بين الطلاب والمدرسين.
4)- الحفاظ على المقاعد : المقعد المستوي يساعد في الكتابة وتأمين وضعية جلوس مريحة للطالب لذلك يجب الحفاظ عليه وعدم حفر الذكرى به أو ملأه بالكتابات والأسماء فهو ليس ملكنا بل ملك الجميع وهنالك طلاب كثيرون سيدرسون عليه من بعدنا لذلك يجب عدم نزعه وتخريبه

_وهنالك أيضا الكثير ولكن يبقى الشئ الأهم هو تطبيق ما ذكرته فليس هنالك أجمل من النظافة ولا أعتقد أن أحدا َ يحب الجلوس في القذارة وسط الأمراض لذلك فلنحافظ على مدارسنا بشكل مستمر أفضل من السابق إذا كنا لا نرضى بأن يكون بيتنا غير نظيف
